Alpina Savoie Buckwheat Crozets - 14.11 oz

I put this into soup or mix it with a regular pasta dish for more texture. We really enjoy it. Get it while you can. It disappears on a regular basis.

That was years ago but the package arrived damaged with beetles crawling in the crozet so doesn't look like it's stored in very good conditions. (Treat this as 5 stars if you're a beetle collector)

Have been wanting to try for a while and finally did. Bonus they cooked well in a microwave pasta cooker.

Best prices for this hard to find pasta.

Very good pasta alternative. I wouldn't use a traditional recipe, as it's too high in fat.
