Not homemade, but still pretty good.
Nothing beats a homemade buttermilk biscuit fresh and hot from the oven with some butter dripping from them. That being said, I have always liked the flaky style biscuits as well. They are fun (to me at least) to pull apart and eat, either alone or with a full breakfast. It is quite satisfying to put a pat of butter between one while it is still hot and then have it soak into the various layers. I could not personally tell much difference between these and the original flavored style. But I think it is just a subtle difference. These biscuits also do well when warmed back up in the microwave a few seconds. Not dry or hard at all. Overall, a decent biscuit for the price, and easy to make.

Soft flaky and great taste!
My go to biscuits for biscuits and gravy. The biscuits flake easily so splitting them in half is easy and they have a nice soft texture to them.

To me, these are the OG. You can keep your grandmas chalky, homemade, flour covered buttermilk bricks, GIVE ME GRANDS. Fight me. Great value for the money.
