I take it in the mornings when I have my coffee, and there is no flavor so it doesn’t affect my coffee. They are easy to chew, and easy to digest. These are high-quality gummies and I will be ordering more when I run out. The only downside is that I live in a hot climate and the gummies can stick to each other a bit, so I have to shake the bottle to get them to unstick.

These taste good and have a good amount of moringa in them. I like that you only have to take one a day. My only complaint is that there is too much space in the bottle, they could've used a smaller size.
