I don't want to be negative on the product because I'd have to say each person is different. I received two bottles about a month ago. It said take two pills with food. I did. Side effects dizziness; loss of equilibrium. I backed off to half pill per day. No side effects until last Monday. I took half pill after eating lunch. As soon as I arrived home, I felt nauseous and was so dizzy it took everything to just lie down. It took 4-5 hours to feel somewhat normal. I tested it the following day, half a pill after eating and same results except the dizziness was more incredible and after 4-5 hours I still felt uncomfortable. I tossed the bottle and am returning the other....it seems this product is non-returnable so I'm out $15 per bottle. That was an easy lesson to learn.
