Honestly incredible
Oh boy. Do yourself a favor and buy this! I'm not sponsored and I paid full price, but man is it worth every penny. Super compact, lightweight and portable. Excellent picture quality, brightness and colors. The UI is fairly snappy, except for when you have a 4k HDR video playing it does slow down a bit with menu inputs. The fan noise is extremely quiet, and actually nonexistent a good part of the time. The speakers are decent, not amazing but certainly fine for what it is.I previously bought the Dangbei nano and despite all the glowing reviews on that thing I was extremely underwhelmed. 1080p just looks absolutely terrible these days and I can't go back to it. This JMGO knocks the socks off that Dangbei and it's not even close. The Dangbei is being returned and I'm sticking with this JMGO.

Holy cow Batman, this projector rocks.
I’ve been looking for the perfect portable projector for awhile here. This one checks all my boxes.. really bright, the 4k is so crisp and the sound is incredible!!! Holy smokes the sound is great from such a little projector. I’ll also say the automatic focus and picture adjust is blazing fast.. like less than a second most times. For a projector that is in this smaller portable form factor it’s truly a bargain. 5/5 stars for sure.**One Month Update** I’m still so happy with this projector. I actually did a side by side comparison of the new Valerion Pro. I was impressed this unit that’s portable and half the price actually looked good side by side. If you need something smaller and portable you really can’t beat this projector in my opinion.

No Close Competition in This Price Range
The projector delivers an unexpectedly surprising image quality with minimal noise. I only hear the fan if I'm deliberately listening for it, and even then it's incredibly quiet.I originally purchased this for use in a bedroom, which does not have a screen or an ideal setup for projecting. The image projects onto a light gray wall from an off angle, and the image compensates very well each time it boots up. After using this, I'm now considering how I can optimize my setup so I can use in my living room.Setup was fairly quick. Unbox, aim at a wall, and power on. You'll be expected to sign in to/create a Google account and download some updates for around 5 minutes, which you can then jump right in. Having Google TV, despite its shortfalls, is a dramatic upgrade over Android TV with decent developer support (excluding Apple Music).Speakers are unexpectedly loud and usable for a projector this size. Will you think you're in the theater? No. But are they great for a bedroom or an impromptu gaming party? Yep!Image is shockingly BRIGHT for this price range. In the dark, the image is drop-dead gorgeous, even with the lack of Dolby Vision support (uses HDR10). I have no complaints on the brightness here. Now, if you plan on using in broad daylight, I'd recommend upgrading to the N1S Ultra (or a different projector altogether), but even with moderate daylight coming in, the picture was serviceable, but I wouldn't say it's "cinema quality" with sunlight. In the dark, the image is sure to impress anyone watching.--Minor complaints:1.) I never thought I would complain about a projector being too bright, but if you intend to use solely for night time use when falling asleep, an LCD projector is the better route. After turning all brightness levels down to a minimum, the projector's minimum brightness level is not low enough to fall asleep comfortably to. However, I understand this is a personal niche use, and projectors are not intended for this. This actually speaks to how wonderfully the image is in this price range.2.) Google TV is littered with ads, even after enabling "App Only" mode, which also removes the Google Play Store app from the Home Screen. To download additional apps after enabling, I have to go into an existing app's settings, and navigate to the Play Store from there. This is not a fault of the projector's hardware, though.3.) No Airplay support is a shame, however an Apple TV would easily solve this (and I intend to purchase solely for this use). There are apps you can download from the Google Play Store though, but they don't perform as well as having native support.4.) The output is limited to 1080p 120hz, or 4K 60hz. However, to use "ultra low latency" mode to achieve the advertised 17ms input lag, you lose ALL ability to adjust the projection size. You cannot shrink the screen, manually adjust keystone, nothing. You must have the projector set up in the most ideal position if you want to use the 17ms input lag. There is a normal "low latency" mode that I haven't tested extensively yet, but it so far feels like it's around 50ms, but you still get keystone correction in this mode as a compromise.5.) One HDMI eARC port. That's it. Don't expect to plug in a Sonos Arc AND have a game console connected. You'll need some sort of an HDMI audio extractor with an input to achieve this. The target demographic seems like it's made for those mostly watching movies, though.6.) Ever-so-slight rainbow effect with keystone correction and looking at pure white elements. However, I previously mentioned my setup is makeshift and projecting on a bare wall from an off-axis, not straight-on towards a screen.--To summarize, absolutely buy this projector if you want an above-average gaming-capable projector experience for less than $1000 in a small footprint, with some minor omissions and user adaptations.

Small Projector, Endless Scenes
I used to think my TV feature wall could only fit a 75 inch TV, but when it came to watching movies, it always felt like something was missing. I wanted a projector for that true cinematic atmosphere, but I was hesitant because good ones can be pricey and inconvenient. After doing my research, I came across JMGO and found exactly what I was looking for: the compact yet stunning JMGO N1S 4K. Only after I turned it on did I truly understand what it means to bring a private theater into your everyday life.As a movie lover, I have pretty high standards for image quality. The pure RGB laser and 4K combo make every pixel come alive. When night falls and I pull the linen curtains shut, the velvet gowns in old films suddenly reveal every thread's texture. Raindrops tracing down a car window look so three-dimensional, it feels like I could reach out and touch them. The built-in algorithmic gimbal with a 127° wide adjustment angle and a 1,000,000:1 ultra-high contrast ratio means I can project on any wall or even the ceiling. It is small and easy to carry, so I can effortlessly move it to the bedroom. Any blank wall becomes a clear screen and it auto-adjusts the image perfectly whether it is front or side projection. And all this for under $1,000, it truly delivers a premium cinema experience without the premium price tag. When I was a kid, I dreamed of the freedom to choose for myself. Now I understand: choice means turning 1,500 square feet into my own light and shadow museum. It means transforming an ordinary Saturday night into a never-ending private movie night. Turns out, the most luxurious kind of romance is letting everyday life become the most beautiful screen of all.
