Great loaves every time, (so far).
Sleek, compact and stylish little bread maker. It’s perfect for 2 or 3 people. We’ve had a larger Panasonic bread maker for years which was brilliant but as we have less mouths to feed and we’re down sizing, we’ve chosen this one and each loaf has been really successful and delicious. Each function is everything we need.As previously said in reviews it is noisy when kneading, for a short time but that just makes us laugh, it’s so hilarious. I’m not sure I’d find it quite so funny if I delayed the bake overnight though.Overall a brilliant little bread maker. 👍

Great bread maker 👍🏻
As other reviewers have stated, the instruction booklet for this bread maker is inadequate, which is very disappointing given its Panasonic. Once you’ve mastered the process it’s pretty simple to use and unlike others, I didn’t think the machine made too much noise. My first attempt at a white loaf was successful and tasted delicious. It may be a mini bread maker but I managed to get 8 decent slices out of my loaf, perfect for 3 adults. Overall I’m delighted with my purchase and I’m looking forward to using it regularly

Great machine, with two small caveats.
The machine arrived working well, and once you experiment with the ingredients, it produces good-tasting bread with low effort. I would recommend this machine to most people, but I would like to point out two issues I found.- The included instruction manual and the online material have almost no explanation of the programs and lack recipes. This is a shame, as I think an explanation of each program is something basic to include.- This is a true mini-machine. If you eat a lot of bread, avoid this. The loaves that come out make about 6 slices of bread for me.

Ear defenders needed for this brilliant little bread maker!
I don’t normally do product reviews but I’m so pleased with this mini bread maker.Very easy to use, love the small size and the colour black, which matches in with my other appliances.Perfect for 2 people and makes a perfect loaf with only 250g of flour. Pictured is the turmeric and cashew loaf, which I found on the Panasonic website.3 words of warning …. 1) Instruction booklet is pathetically lacking in information and recipes (I guess this is for ‘eco’ reasons) 2) It is noisy, especially when kneading (we thought someone was trying to break into the house)! 3) When using programme number three, Basic Raisin it goes straight to rest not knead. It took much research to find that this is normal as certain programmes rest to allow all the ingredients to come to the same temperature before mixing/kneading.So despite the noise, this is a fabulous little bread maker for singles or couples. I wouldn’t recommend for families.

Recommended for 1 or 2 people who like fresh bread in a relatively short time.
Brilliant bit of kit for small loaf making. if you don't want to turn you home into a bakery this item is great for couples or single person use. Some noise but not annoyingly loud like a coffee grinder, easy to clean etc. Would definitely recommend .

Grab ear defenders for great results!
Produces a lovely, tiny loaf of bread. Just what we wanted for just two of us in the house. A bit of tinkering with the recipe and you can get good results out of white, wholemeal, 50/50 and so on. Consistently good. However, here's the bad bit! It's LOUD.Even while 'resting' it hums and buzzes like an electricity substation headed for thermal runaway. Mixing - well, it's louder than our 30 year old Kenwood mixer, louder than the washing machine, and if you set it to run over night (you know - for that lovely fresh bread in the morning) your neighbours will be round to complain. Seriously! We previously had a larger Panasonic and we'd routinely set it to bake overnight and sleep soundly without hearing a thing. Not with this one. Be warned!

Great loaves- smaller size.
This machine makes a smaller loaf than most of the machines in the Panasonic range - but don’t see that as a bad thing. For two people the bread this makes is just perfect and so far each loaf has been just perfect!

Not enough support for gluten-free options
I was disappointed with the Panasonic SD-PN100 Breadmaker. Despite claiming the ‘easy-to-use’ gluten-free program, the manual only includes one gluten-free bread recipe using brown rice flour and potato starch, which are less common here in the UK.I tried another recipe I found online and adjusted the ingredients, which worked well, though the machine paused for ‘manual handling’ without clear instructions. While the bread was good, I wouldn’t have bought this if I knew there are few gluten-free recipes made available by Panasonic. Simply adding a program isn’t enough to make this machine user-friendly.
