The cushion is well made, inflated easily, and does not slip on the floor. It is precisely what a personal trainer ordered. It is, however, challenging. It is not for those who are having trouble with balance, but for those who have decent balance and are working on strengthening it. So use it for what it is intended for and it will be a great addition to your fitness equipment.

Still learning to get my balance. I'm enjoying it. I have had a low back lamenectomy and this disc is helping me to get my balance. I haven't quite got to balancing perfect, but it is fun trying to. I know eventually I will obtain my goal. Thank you.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do - forces me to balance. I stand on it at work at my standing desk.I like it a lot for the most part but after a while the little spikes (regardless of which side you use) start to hurt because they stab into the bottoms of your feet. I have to wear socks or else I need to get off at the 5 minute mark. If I wear socks I can last 10-15. If I added a towel I think I could last indefinitely and the limiting factor would be getting tired of balancing. I wish the spikes were less stabby but I still use it every day.It was perfectly inflated for my needs.

This cushion is great for my lower back and hips. I can tilt my pelvis back and forth, move in a circle and side to side. The cushion firmness is adjustable and easily fits on my chair. For someone who has to sit all day for my job it has really made a difference in my back pain. I notice when I don’t use it.I did try to do the lifetime warranty registration but it kept taking me back to Amazon so not sure what that is about but for $20 I am not concerned.

Recommend by Chiropractor to be used for back pain. Helping with flexibility

I find it a bit small. I would like to be able to easily stand on it with both feet. I am a small person, so I think it might be hard for some. Worth trying, though, because you can return it if it doesn't work. I would like to use it in bare feet, but the nubbly surface is not comfortable. However, it does keep you from sliding. Overall, a very good price and worth adding to your repertoire of workout gadgets.

The Balance Disc does what it says. It helps to stabilize the Core and increase balance.I had no issue inflating the disc. It came with a pump and two pins.I wish they would create a pump that can inflate quicker. My arms received a workout. It comes slightly inflated.

I bought this for my desk at work because I have a shifting sit/stand desk and by the end of the day, I'm leaning desperately over my keyboard or sitting so severely in a question mark fashion that I look like the dad working at his computer from the Coraline movie. I've only been using this for a little bit and I'm surprised how much of a difference it makes. I sit tall like a king and my posture has improved dramatically when I put the desk in standing position.I'm not a small person in any sense of the word- 6', 180lbs and the thing holds up really well. I was impressed with the durability and strength of the rubber. Would absolutely recommend for people who are like me: think they could get good use out of one of those yoga balls as a desk seat but still want the option of a chair.

Just the job it’s for my dog because she has hip dysplasia and they use them when she goes to hydrotherapy .

I go to the Chiroprators and they have these on the chairs to warm up your back. It makes me sit upright, and am able to stretch my back. Great buy.

Box arrived missing a piece. You could tell it had been opened before. Went to their website to ask for missing piece chat wouldn't let me chat with a human. It just kept replying with unrelated information to the product.Looks sturdy but can't inflate to see. Will be returning and purchasing from a different supplier.
