This is a brilliant training aid for anyone serious about improving their golf swing. The quality of the setup is great, it feels really solid and well thought out. Does what it says on the tin, helps you understand where you're going wrong with your swing and helps you rectiify it. Sturdy piece of kit and very easy to set up for the bands .Portable, easy to use gets your arms and elbows into the correct position. Perfect for pre round warm up !

There are two sets of hole's on the angle plate but only one set of screws!When the alignment stick is in the angle plate the screws are loose and not tight enough to keep the angle with the alignment stick in place.

Really good asset to golf practice, my only criticism is the box says instruction on the back but there is nothing, but let’s be frank, if you can’t work out how it works watch a golf pro practicing.

What an awesome product. Its fixed my dodgy swing better than lessons could have!Easy to setup in minutes using the training video. If only id found this years ago, could have saved a fortune in lost balls!!
