Great Product

The most powerful nasal flush ever. This may be too powerful for some. Blast sinuses clean with firehose intensity.

You may want to keep a small towel/napkin/similar around when using this, because some of the saline water will fall back into the lid and spill out as soon you tip the canister in any direction. You will also immediately need tissues, because some of the spray will fall right out of your nose. That said, it works well! It's not going to rinse your sinuses as thoroughly as a neti pot or one of those squeezy bottles intended for nasal irrigation, but it will help break up congestion and reduce sinus pain, and it's great to have around when you're feeling too lousy to deal with a neti pot. Keep in mind that there are instructions for cleaning the cap after each use, which I suspect most people don't do, and you should be wary of bacterial growth if you're holding onto the same canister for a long time without cleaning it. You'll also want to make sure that just one person is using it to avoid spreading germs. Not the most cost-effective way of introducing saline to your nose and sinuses, but very convenient!that you should just have one person using it to avoid

This stuff worked so well for unclogging my sinuses I bought their NEO machine. Wish I tried the rinsing method years ago!!!

I had a twin pack, and unfortunately one of the bottles doesn’t work. When I press the nozzle, nothing comes out — something just broke between the nozzle and a pressure whole. The nozzle fits into the canister, but when I try to spray, nothing happens. It’s very frustrating because I can’t use the entire bottle. Other than that, the product works well.

I like it has two spray modes and gentle enough.

I bought three bottles. The spray mechanism on the first bottle was disappointing and did not function as a 2-in-1 as described. The second bottle didn’t work at all, and the third bottle was sealed and unused. Most concerning is that the item is not eligible for return, which makes the purchase feel even more frustrating. I recommend checking return policies carefully before buying
