Great design and fits around your ankle really well. Comfortable to wear but when you take it straight out of the freezer and put it on your ankle it’s far too cold and impossible to keep on. Worth leaving for 5 mins after taking it out of the freezer then its bearable. Really helps ease the pain after my surgery.

Good cover of ankle area. Not very flexible after few hours in the freezer. Become softer after a few minutes out.Currently using for a swelling ankle and it’s doing the job well.

Great product for ankle injury

Like other reviews have said, this seems to be somewhat on the small side. It also appears to be described slightly wrong. If worn as shown in the instructions it completlely misses the achiles tendon area despite the description saying it is for achiles tendinitis "Swelling, Achilles Tendinitis, Plantar Fasciitis, Sprained, Surgery Recovery (Black)". But wearing it back to front so it covers the achiles tendon and the ankles appears to work for me. Hence 3 stars instead of 1.

I’ve had repeated ankle sprains & consequently weak ligaments for decades. I’ve tried all types of ice packs over the years (including more expensive ones) but these are unquestionably the best, either the single strap or the double strap version. They remain both colder & last longer than any of the others. They also double as ‘light use’ ankle supports once they’ve thawed, though the double strap is a bit better for support. I always keep 3 in the freezer coz I never know when my ankles will swell up like balloons.

I thought these wouldn’t work, but they are totally comfortable. Take the stress away helps with my recovery process 💯📕
