What is the color temperature of the light it puts out?

1st of all, I hope that you realize that this is a VERY small lamp. I don't know what you mean by the color temperature, but it puts out a small amount of light.

My lamp is no longer giving a bright light. I have chargered it as well. What should I do?

I have the same issue. Holding button down to do it works, but then holding it down should brighten it, however it just goes back to the atmospheric lighting (not bright for reading). Charging it overnight does not fix this.

Does this have a timer function?

No timer. Just an on and off switch.

Can you change the lamp shade?

No it’s all attached. And does not come apart
