The scooter worked fine until it didn't. Like many electronics do something quit working and left the scooter inoperable. I contacted Gyroor customer support and the response was immediate. They sent replacement parts and allowed me to fix the issue without sending the scooter in which was great. After several part replacements we decided it was time to send the scooter back to the factory to repair. They provided prepaid shipping instructions. Once the scooter was back at the factory I was made aware that some of the parts needed to repair the scooter were not available and that a new scooter replacement would be the ultimate fix. Yes it took us months to resolve the issue but a lesser company would have just ignored the issue after so long and disappeared. That's what has been so impressive about Gyroor. I appreciate the effort they made to resolve the issue with their product.

I bought my grandkids (7 and 11) each one of these for Christmas and they love them! We live in MN so they have to ride them in the basement right now but very pretty and they seem to like the speed! Little daredevils!

Great product! I Had some charging issues and contacted Gyroor. They stepped up like a champ and handled it!! Will definitely purchase Gyroor products again in the future!

UPDATE: FRAUD ALERT. after this company telling me they’d replace my defective scooter after I left a review, even sent me a return label to send the scooter back, I never heard from them again. I sent 3 more messages to them but never heard anything backORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased 2 of these scooters. The one that was ridden the most held up just fine. The screws underneath on the one that was ridden less stripped out after a couple months and the bottom fell off while my child was riding it.

Putting together could’ve been a bit more easier but it seemed the screws were already in it but they were on super tight. It’s a really good scooter so far from watching my daughter ride it. She loves that it plays music. She got it for Christmas.

The scooter came quickly and packaged very nicely. It was rather easy to assemble and appears to be a wonderful Christmas gift for my 5 year old grand daughter. So far so good, we'll have to update after she puts it to the test.

We bought two for our daughters on Christmas & they absolutely love them! The scooter has long battery life & goes the perfect speed for our 6 & 8 yr olds. We have not had any problems!

First day, great. Within the week it would not hold charge nor keep speed. Even after falling down, my 10 yr old daughter said it would go slow and would rather use her non electric scooter. No bueno.
