It's a bit lengthy, but it's worth reading at least the 1st paragraph about the unreal battery life 🔋... And, of course, don't miss the last comment as suggested by Ben Stiller's character's catchphrase from Starsky & Hutch.I have been using this M5 Sonic electric toothbrush since I purchased it through Amazon last year in October 2023. The battery life is unbelievably long! Amazing, really. The battery would likely last 120 days as the description indicates, but only if you're brushing 3 times a day based on my calculations (calculator confirmed)! IMO, and don't just take my word for it, but 3 times is a bit much for 1 day: from a Google search and my dentist's mouth... The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends brushing your teeth at least twice a day for two minutes. Anyway, I brush and floss on average once a day at night (TMI?). Don't tell my dentist. The battery just ran out for only the 2nd time in approximately 1 year. It died around mid-December 2023, about 2 months after I purchased it. But that was using what little charge it came with. Now, in December 2024, weeks before Christmas, I am charging it once more. If my memory serves me right, I literally never plugged it in since about this time last year for the 1st full charge. Just a single charge in a year brushing once a day. I'm more than impressed by the battery life of this toothbrush, which was 365 days for me on a single charge, give or take a couple of days.Naturally, it does the job well, as it should, just like most electric toothbrushes. There are 5 settings, but I use the top one (fastest of the 2 top settings) about 99% of the time. Comes with a handy traveling case with spots for the toothbrush, one head, a spot for the charging cord/2nd head. There are 8 total brush heads, which vary in color based on their hardness/softeness, I believe. Getting the charging cord to fit in its designated spot in the travel case? Not easy, but you can do it with a little effort. But you'll never need to take the charging cord with you anyway as long as you charged it sometime within the last 6 - 11 months (depending on how often you brush).If you've been searching around the vast depths of the internet for the perfect (or very-nearly-perfect) toothbrush for your oral hygiene, then stop what you're doing right now (unless your brushing) and add this handy, nearly-limitless-battery-life magical tooth-cleaning device to your cart and checkout without hesitation. Within a day or 2, you'll be brushing non-stop for up to a year on a single charge!Only negative that I can find is if you accidentally press one of the other 5 of 6 brush modes (off mode included) during brushing, you then have to either press and cycle through the rest of the modes to get back to the one you were just using or you have to long-press the mode you want. It's not a big deal. It's just a little too easy to change modes. Changing modes easily and quickly could be a good thing for some people. For me, though, accidently selecting another mode happens maybe once every other month or so while I'm brushing.It's lightweight and not very loud at all. Although my wife usually disagrees with my opinion of the sound level. She can somehow hear it through our bathroom door. But yeah, I still have 100% of my hearing, and it is not at all loud for me.Finally, and if you made it this far (or if you just skipped to the bottom), do as Ben Stiller said multiple times within a minute in Starsky & Hutch (20 years ago?!), "Do it. We bought one for each of our kids (ages 7, 10, and 13) and they have worked very well. We barely ever have to charge them. They have so many replacement heads and travel case that is very helpful for when the kids stay the night at grandmas house. Great product!

I bought this to replace a Sonicare that I had for about 5 years. I didnt want to spend the money on a Sonicare because times are tough right now (we all know why!), so I tried this one since there were so many good reviews. At first, the truthbrush was nice, not as strong as my Sonicare, but a decent replacement and affordable. I guess I should have just paid the extra money because now I have to buy a new toothbrush anyway! It started turning on by itself randomly, I noticed because it woke me up in the middle of the night rattling on my bathroom counter! It kept doing this and ran itself dead throughout the night. I went to charge it and it turned green after a little while, I removed it from the charger and went to turn it on and now it wont turn on at all, even though the light is green. I tried plugging it in again and it did the same thing. It is now garbage! It wont charge at all.Update 8/12/24: This company contacted me regarding the issue I had with the first toothbrush and replaced it with a new one. I hope it was just a dud that I got the first time. So far the new one is working great. I appreciate the customer service and standing behind their product. Thank you.

I bought this to replace a Philipps that I had been using for about three years. I didn’t have the money to spend on another Philipps so, I tried this one, after reading all the great reviews. At first, the toothbrush was absolutely amazing, not quite as strong as my old Phillips, but a solid replacement and an excellent price point.. I guess I should have just paid the extra money because now I have to buy a new toothbrush anyway! It started turning off by itself randomly while I was using it, every time after a full charge-up over night! It kept doing this and made the daily task of brushing my teeth, after suffering two strokes this year, even more of a difficult task. I charged it and it turned green, I removed it from the charger and now it won’t even turn on at all! I tried plugging it in again. Nothing. No charge no power nothing. I have only had it for two months! Now I have nothing to use to brush my teeth, as the back and forth manual motion isn’t possible for me right now, due to medical reasons, and I can not afford to purchase another one. It was so affordable, and I was so excited, and it was working so well, and made me teeth so clean, and everything about it was so awesome, until, after 2 months it died… too good to be true. It just makes me very sad.

I’m really happy with this electronic toothbrush. The quality is excellent — it feels sturdy, works smoothly, and the battery lasts a long time. For the price, it’s a great value. My teeth feel much cleaner compared to a manual brush. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and effective upgrade! It also charges and doesn’t weight a lot, noise level is bearable.

I purchased this toothbrush in November, it worked great at first, came with a ton of replacement brushes and a travel case, and it stayed charged for several weeks/months. I was very happy! I ordered the pink one, and did notice some discoloration, it started to turn a bit yellow colored, but this didn’t bother me much. Two month later I noticed the motor slowing down and not always working, it said it was still charged but I decided to charge it some more to be sure. Even fully charged, the motor started to die and has not worked consistently since. Unfortunately I am no longer able to use the device and feel I have waisted all the additional brush replacements. While I loved this toothbrush at first, it did not last long and was a waste of money and plastic since I cannot use the rest of the pieces.
