Great product
The media could not be loaded. It looks good and works well. It came with a screwdriver and tool to pop one the handle screw cover. The instruction video was very helpful. It’s light gray color. I wish I had the option to get this in beige color like my car interior but it’s not very noticeable different.

Easy to install, looks like OEM, works well
Product installs easily. All required tools are included. There are no instructions, but the video is easy to follow. I suggest you install the non-spring loaded side first. The case looks like it is original equipment. I did glue a small piece of foam on the front inside to protect my sun glasses from scratches.

Works as described!
The media could not be loaded. This was fairly easy to install on my 2024 Kia EV9. Getting the screws in while holding the holder in the "open" position was the hardest part. I only dropped one screw. As you can see in the video, it fits nicely to the headliner when fully closed. When I open it, and let it close by itself, it'll close all but maybe ⅛ inch, which performs well enough for me. The screws tightened down firmly, leaving it very stable and easy to access.I keep my prescription driving glasses in here and there's enough foam to offer protection them from scratching. I've accessed my glasses in this holder one-handed numerous times and it's easy to remove and put away my glasses. It also doesn't stick out particularly far, and I've never bumped my head on it getting in or out of my vehicle.

Nice upgrade to the Ioniq 6
I was shocked when I test drove my Ioniq 6 and discovered that it did not have a sunglasses holder. I've been using a case that slides around in the door panel for the last few months since I bought it. Serious first-world problems here. This kit does not include install instructions, but it's super simple. Pop open the tabs with the included bent screw driver. Remove two screws and you're on your way.The light grey color does not perfectly match the light grey of the interior, but it's close enough for me.

Adds Eyeglass Holder Missing Due to Telematics Systems
I purchased this for my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe, which lacks an eyeglass holder due to the Hyundai BlueLink Telematics systems taking up that space. I've never used the grab handle on the driver's side before, so losing it in favor of an eyeglass holder was fine. I first tried one of those magnetic flap things and while it worked okay for plastic armed glasses, my metal frame glasses would slide out more often than not.So what you get in the package. First- no directions. At All. The get the spring loaded eyeglass holder that is partially lined in very thin foam, a pry tool, a dual sided Philips /Straight edge screwdriver with a handle (that's the yellow thing in then photo- just push the screwdriver in) and two plastic screw covers. The shape and color of the covers may vary - mine were a match to the grey of the eyeglass holder and more domed than the ones in the product image. There are three difficult parts to installing this. First is getting the existing screw covers off. On my vehicle- you have to look really carefully to see a small indent on each cover and you put the pry tool in that spot as hard as you can and literally yank it downwards. Unscrewing the existing handle is easy, getting the new screws started straight when putting the eyeglass hold requires some finesse. It took me about 15 minutes because I was doing the install as dusk so could see well.I've had it in use for just under a month so far and it works as advertised. My glasses fit in the holder well and it closes up tight against the headliner. No rattles and I've not hit my head on it getting in our out- so a definite win and something Kia/Hyundai should include as stock since they do such a poor job of packaging their telematics system.

Now Santa Cruz has sunglass holder.
Never understood why the Santa Cruz did not come with a sunglass holder. But this product works perfectly, and looks like it came as factory equipment. Easy to install. Great product.

Not so great
Worked but required modification. I had to cut off tabs for it to fit. The hinge covers would not attach.

Perfect for Kia Sportage 2023
I thought I would manage not having a sunglasses holder but man I really needed one. So glad I ran into this. The install was super simple and it looks great. I like the spring loaded hinges. The color matches my roof. I do wish it didn’t have the metallic sticker but I’ll see in the future if it peels off. Overall, I love this and wish I had bought this sooner.
