You can actually feel the difference with Solgar products.A friend asked me why I choose Solgar when they are always more expensive...Well, if they take that much effort to pack their product in a glass bottle and withcotton on top to maintain integrity of the tablets - it's because their is precious cargo inside.For "bulk" usage I tend to go for Vitabiotics or Zipvit.But when I need the real, real deal - it's always Solgar first choice, then H&B branded.

I didn't realise the high potency of these. So I use them 2/3 a week. They are watet soluble so your body will clear the excess anyway. But it will just be a waste of money to use everyday as I do not require such i high potency daily. So next time I will look for one closer to the daily requirements.However, I do feel the difference in terms of energy levels and joint pain

I was looking for a vitamin b supplement that was not too strong. After a while on google this product seemed to fit my needs the best.The pills are a reasonable size (paracetamol capsule size) and there is no strange after taste.Be prepared though as they turn your wee illumines yellow!!!I feel as though they are doing their job as I am less tired and seem to have a bit more energy on the whole.Good value for money - I would definitely recommend 👍

I have reordered as I was pleased the first time. Only thing is my pee is bright yellow and smells concentrated
