Condition was NOT new!!!Never had a problem with amazon uk/us/de.. before. This time somebody didn't do their job. Although I ordered a new pair, what I received was something that was worn for at least a couple of weeks before it got to me. I'll ask for a replacement but I'm so disappointed that something looking like this (probably a return from another customer) could be re-sold to another one, as a new product.The order was also for a pair of Le Coq Sportif, no complaint here.Update:About Amazon's CS - they did send me a new pair with expedited shipping and credited in full the shipping cost for the returned item (that was not new). everything went very smoothly, no hassle here. still going to rate 4 stars because it wasn't suppose to happened in the first place :-(About the shoes: they do tend to wear out quickly, especially in the heel area. for the Timberland fans, it's a good idea to buy 2 pairs, in different colors :-)

These are really nice, my reasoning behind 4/5. Well they came with about 6 different scuffs on them. Its too little to send them back, but also annoying they are there to begin with. They are not a really big deal, but when something is brand new you dont expect any marks on them, they will probably come out easier enough with same leather cleaner or something.The raw hide laces normally I wouldn't be keen on, but they actually look the best for these shoes. Just I advise lacing them up like these pics show so the laces are inside the shoes.A nice surprise was that they did actually include some normal timberland laces in the box as well but after putting them in, they just look to thin to be honest.

After 3 winter seasons and over 1000 km walking on the concrete paths. Top holds very well without any issues, water does not go through. However after so many kilometers on those shoes the bottom basically started to have a hole in it. Overall comfortable to walk a lot with it.Great shoes normal person won't walk that much. Would certainly buy it again.

Really like these shoes. Not a big fan of buying shoes online as you never know how they look/fit but these are great. Smarter than a pair of trainers but not smart shoes so they have quickly become my 'go to' shoes.The big test is how they hold up over the next 6 month's. My other timberlands have lasted years so I hope these are made to silimar standards but time will tell. So far they do feel solid though.Maybe an indication of my fashion skills these days but I just ordered a second pair in another colour.Delivery was quick and packaged well.

Really comfy shoes thanks to anti fatigue lining, walked for miles to and from work and never had so much as an ache from them. Will say though try to avoid getting them wet, the outer material darkens and can only be restored by cleaning them with a nubuck kit. Even so - they get better with age I think and more comfortable too.Really happy with them though and very sturdy for a decent price.

Perfect smart and or casual, matches most if not all attire. Bought specifically as smart shoes for clubbing, worn twice and have held up remarkably. I have a similar pair in a lighter colour, they're the reason I bought these because I like the style of shoe so much, but because they are a lighter colour they scuff more easily. Would reccomend especially for the reduced price.

Look great, slightly narrow fit but fine after a couple of wears. Lost a star for the leather laces - they look great and work well, but unlike on deck shoes where they tend to remain tied all the time, these need loosening and tightening all the time. I'm sure I'll have to replace them soon with regular laces.

Shoes had minor stained look at one of heels but expected with this material. Box arrived with hole through top but shoes fit well and comfy. Excellent price (£75) as cheapest i seen these shopping was £100-105. May be worth orderinghalf size smaller then your trainer size as they are slightly more roomy.
