Beard looks good and smells good!
What I liked: Smell is good (no need for my creed ;)), beard looks shiny and easy to get a scoop of balm. (Some other brands are hard to dig in and get a decent amount)Only very small downside doesn't completely hold all hairs down but still VERY good product and will buy again once I finish this batch.

Good 👍
Smells really nice. Lasts long and a good hold can't go wrong.

Gentle on skin
Gentle on the skin and reasonably good for beard. The only downside is it has not got a very strong hold.

People's noses will thank you! Your beard will too!
First off this is a fantastic smelling product, I love the scent. It's not an especially "manly scent" whatever the heck that means, but why would you care, who'd want to smell too manly anyway? This is clean, fresh, sweet and alluring and I haven't met anyone who doesn't like it yet!Second off this is a beard balm, and it definitely reduces skin redness and itching that can come with growing a beard, so again I'm happy with that. It also offers a slight hold moreso than an oil, for example.Price is perhaps a little expensive when you look at what it actually is, and how quickly you can use it with a medium to large beard. It's wax, oil etc and a scent. For the amount you get (50ml not the advertised 60ml on amazon??) It seems maybe a touch pricey for the volume.Overall, I really do quite like it, and I think you will probably like it too. It works (maybe not as softening as a good beard oil is) but I will definitely continue to use it, and I may even buy it again after trying out some other similar products (they don't smell as nice as this one does so far though, eww)I mean honestly, I'd buy this just for the scent, but combined with having to purchase and use other products (moustache wax for strong hold, and oil for a real deep conditioning) it will take a good glass of wine or two to make me realistically decide to buy it solely for the scent. But if I don't find another balm I like I'll probably still be back, as it does provide some benefits with the anti dryness and anti itch qualities and slight hold for neatness, and delicious smell. If you're easy going, and not too vain, and are just going to use one product for your facial hair to condition it I thoroughly recommend it be this one though {Edit: actually I now recommend their oil, if just using one product, as I've now tried the Cedar Wood and Lime Oil and it's fab!} But Everyone you meet will notice how nice you smell and their noses will definitely thank you for your presence whichever of the two products you choose. Seriously!Edit: I bought more along with the Cedar Wood and Lime Beard Oil they do, too. I couldn't resist, so much nicer smelling than similar products from other brands!

Works well, nice smell.
I purchased on the deal price at just over £10 and at this price I am fairly pleased with it. Easy to apply, smells nice and leaves my beard softer. Still prefer Woody’s Beard Balm which if you shop around you can get at around £6 atm for a similar sized tub. There are so many different brands on the market and I have tried many which I think is the only way with this type of product. Like most things it comes down to personal preference, especially with things that smell. Anyway, this is decent but I do think that it is a little overpriced - even at the deal price.

Ok smell, not much hold, bit like rubbing butter onto your face :)
I wanted to use a balm which had a great smell and to prep my beard for my upcoming wedding and with a bit of hold but being less waxy than an alternative I have used at home. After spending ages looking at various options I settled on this one largely due to the 'great scent' many people mentioned in the reviews.Smell wise its 'ok'. The cedar wood and lime is pleasant enough but I don't think its anything 'wow'. It smells sweet and buttery but it didn't have the 'wow that's amazing' smell I was looking for. That's very subjective though. I would be interested to see what the other varieties smell like to see if there was something I found which had that appeal. In terms of hold its got very little so probably not what you'd be looking for, for that. I'd go back to my previous brand for styling as it had more wax in it. As a balm it felt a bit like smearing butter on my face. Its a bit too greasy for me to really love it. If I used it at my wedding I could imagine leaving buttery smears on peoples cheeks giving them kisses :D. Having said that, as a conditioner I think it does the job - it appears to soften my beard and as I said the smell is certainly pleasant enough. So all in all - its alright. Nothing amazing but does the job. In an ideal world it would have a smell which did have that 'wow' factor (perhaps more 'manly' and less sweet), had more hold and was less greasy. I have also used the beard oil equivalent which I prefer over this and I think would use a simple wax to create a bit more style.

It’s good, wish it was perfect but
It’s not strong enough of a hold. It holds well enough but some brands keep there shape for a decent length other this product… but themBrands also dry out ur beard massively. This brand offers a more moisturised approach which I like. I’m going to try a different scent. This one was great but was more like a creamy latte with a bucket of sugar smell rather than the strong coffee shop vibe I was kinda hoping for. Will buy again and recommend other to do so
