The van is lovely and cool.Just if it was someone with a larger neck would be hard to fit.

Good value for moneyCharge doesn't take long but it doesn't seem to last ages, either that or I'm using it for so long I lose track of time.Very lightweight, compact and easy to wear.Only thing that is a little frustrating is how noisy it feels when you are using the higher settings.Definitely going to get another as think it would be a perfect gift for a friend when there virtual gaming

This neck fan is light to wear and easy to operate, it has a digital power display and an on/off button. It’s not too noisy but obviously gets a little louder when on full blast, but not distracting. The only downside is, the airflow does not seem to go all the way round as indicated, it feels like it stops at the folding part of the fan, and is a little snug around the neck, the narrowest part from front fans being 11.5cm/4.5”, and the widest part at the back being 14.5cm/5.75”, so would be no good for the thicker neck. It came fully charged so haven’t used it long enough to have to re-charge it yet, so I don’t know how long it will take to charge up. All in all though, I am very pleased with the product and will be very handy for when I go on my holidays abroad.

We received the pair but we see there was two different models one had a digital charging with numbers on the other one just shows a red light and it says when red turned green it was fully charged it doesn’t go green to me it’s one new stock and one old so very disappointing

I have found this product to be a little gem. Hot weather and peri menopause flushes it provides relief brilliantly. Provides such a relief. It comes really well packaged and boxed with a charging cable. You just need a USB plug or socket to charge it up. The 3 settings are easy to flick between and thr strongest fan setting, give a strong wind. It can be a little noisy on its most powerfull setting but you can still hear people talking to you and ambient noise. I have found that the battery lasts well and is quick to charge.Because of the little vents I would suggest tying up long hair so it doesn't get caught.

It's very noisy and the digital charge display not working

This has been a great buy for me. Horrible, embarrassing hot flushes stopped in their tracks when I switch on the fan. Noise level very low on first level and louder on third level which makes sense. Holds its charge well. Foldable making it easier to carry around in handbag if you don't want to have it round your neck all day. This will make a big difference to my summer.

Bought 3 of these kneck fans as i suffer terrible with the Menopause. 1 at work 1 in my bag and 1 at my daughters, so i can cool down everywhere i go! Couldnt live without them.
