Phenomenal!
This is a very easy review to write. I've used numerous gaming headsets over the years, including the Audeze Penrose X, Astro A50 & B&O Portal in more recent times. The Nova Pro Wireless blows them all out of the water. With every headset I've owned there has always been drawbacks, but honestly I cannot find a single fault with this headset. Steelseries has been overdue an upgrade to their Arctis line-up & I suspect this particular headset has been years in the making.Starting with the design aesthetic of the headset itself, it's very reminiscent of the B&O Portal (I believe it's the same designer) only they have improved upon it. The headband design associated with Steelseries has been significantly improved & is now perfect. The headset is extremely comfortable: lightweight, plush ear cups & top notch build quality. There really is nothing to fault. The base station is also top quality too. Note if you play on multiple consoles, buy the Xbox version since it also works on PS5, Switch & PC.Onto the sound, my god it's incredible. Crystal clear with zero distortion, bass that is impactful, right out of the box the audio is amazing. The default flat EQ is great, but you can customise via the base station. Spatial audio is extremely impressive. I'm using Dolby Atmos with my Xbox & audio is so well defined. Extremely immersive.I could go on & on about how great this headset but to summarise, this headset is the new benchmark for gaming headsets. I really don't see how it can be beat. Everything about the Arctis Pro Wireless which came before it has been improved upon drastically. In Bluetooth mode (paired with a phone) the audio is equally impressive & can be used for everyday use. If you are serious into gaming & want a headset which is versatile, look no further.Hats off to Steelseries, the wait has been worth it. Finally I have the flawless gaming headset I have long since wanted. The manufacturer has left no stone unturned. These gaming headset companies (including Steelseries) have a habit of rehashing the same headset with a few new features to call it new. In this instance it appears Steelseries has almost gone back to the drawing board. I can see the feedback to this headset being unanimous & the review I've just wrote being typical of the reception. Honestly, it doesn't get any better than this headset. ยฃ330 isn't cheap, but they're worth every penny in my view.

Expensive but incredibly versatile quality set of gaming headphones.
Purchased this set of headphones for the hot swappable battery aspect primarily - as i wanted to retain wireless but not have to keep plugging cables in.The heaphones themselves are of decent build quality & the sound quality is there - although i had to apply some EQ to get them to how i like them, they don't compare in quality to very high end headphones of which i do own a pair (not quite as much depth on the low end and the highs aren't as nice) , but for day to day they are perfect and more than enough for gaming. The ANC is adequate - sometimes useful, sometimes not depending on the external ambient noise. I do find that i have it off more than on though as it causes me to feel pressure in my ears which i don't find enjoyable. They are also very useful for work too - as i can just use the bluetooth aspect of them to connect to my work gear while not having to move cables on the DAC to something else etc.Speaking of which, the DAC that these come with houses the spare battery on the right hand side for charging when you are using the alternate battery in the headset, the DAC has all the controls and more that the headset does, very intuitive to use, clear screen & i recently found it it even integrates with games like Counter Strike to provide me with stats on the game (this will require the install of SteelSeries GG software on PC though to gather that information and display it). This is the type of product that is 70% hardware and 30% software - as a lot of the features that make these headphones great is down to the software counter part. Steel Series seem very good with firmware updates and software package updates which keep on making this package as a whole a lot better. To add to this - i can purchase even more spare batteries for this completely seperately, which is a comforting thought and makes me feel this is a very longevity focused product

Night and Day Difference
Haven't completed many (any?) review's here... this needed one.Caveat: Used headphones for perhaps. 3 hours. May have a new review in a few weeks but this needed to be said....Easy setup (literally plug-n'play), initial testing without any customisations. What's best to try out these headphones? Only one option, The greatest showman, and all I can say is "this is me".It's a night and day difference from anything i've used before, we're not talking ramp up the volume to max just to hear the undertones, this is listening to every beat, every breath... it's just brilliant. That goosebump feeling you get? Yep. Was I listening to music the right way before? No, I feel like royalty now...All jokes aside, cracking headset. Even better with customisations via GG (Enable Sonar!). Comparing this against;- Logitech Artemis / G935 / G635 / G435- Corsair HS70- Various plantronics headsets (Using these for home office)- Bose Soundsports / Apple airpods / Jaybird x4s (yes I know these are earbuds and I wouldn't expect the same quality)Boring Stuff- Arrived nice and quickly (Kudos Royal Mail + others)- Not much packaging wastage. You get the box, the bits and the little plastic wrappers around the cables.- Cool little unit sits on your desk to control volume, show's battery left etc...- Cables are long enough (sure someone will care about this?)- The little pop-out batteries are cute as hell, love the idea of switching batteries and more headsets should offer this.- Bluetooth switching whilst connected to PC works pretty well- Loads of customisations available for audio/recording/chat quality. Want to sound like your using a walkie-talkie? It's possible.... want some attention to a crisp deep voice or adjust that nasaly tone? It's possible.Pricy, worth it.
