New TV
Picture quality is very good. There are a lot of features that meet today's tech world.

TV quality is very good however that’s it
I like the picture of the TV but the smart TV isn’t that good. It’s slow and laggy if you use a lot of apps. YouTube and streaming apps will work but it’ll take an extra few seconds. Overall solid budget option but that’s really it.

DON'T DO IT
Do not buy this TV. The price is enticing and the specs look good on paper but it's a trap.I've had mine for just over a year. I deeply regret the purchase. At first, I thought it was great for the price; it has a nice picture and it's smart, meaning apps.I quickly discovered that the remote is a nightmare. It's quite small with small buttons and you invariably hit the wrong one ... constantly. You'll end up buying a Universal for sure. The worst things about this TV are the UI and the processor. The UI is very poorly designed from a user standpoint. It's designed to serve LG and their advertisers / partners. Unless you block URLs or don't connect to the internet at all, it's crammed with ads in the headers of every menu screen.Menus began lagging within weeks. Updating, resetting and troubleshooting has never improved responsiveness for more than a minute or two. This leads me to believe that the issue is more with the processor than memory. The TV has decent picture quality for the price but the aggravation that comes with it is absolutely not worth it. The only time I don't have issues is when I'm not streaming or using the UI. Gaming and casting from my PC or phone is fine. Anything that doesn't involve the TV menus & apps, basically. If you block advertising URLs, things are a little smoother but then you can't update the system unless you unblock the URLs.If you're considering this model, I urge you to do a lot of research, then look elsewhere and spend a bit more. I wish I had.
