Just as good as an expensive brand
Along with calorie counting and walking a few times a week I’m seeing a difference after 2 weeks wearing the waist trainer 5 days out of the week for 10-16 hrs a day.

Great for lifting heavy
If your looking for a waist training belt this is not the best option. It has amazing support for your back and really does hug the curves but it doesn't help you sweat. It's not the typical neoprene fabric, it's softer and more absorbent. Being absorbent isn't ideal, trapping in whatever sweat you may have. Also runs large, I bought the large cause I'm measuring about a 35 round the belly button and the belt is as tight as I can get it. Ok I measured 34 today!!

It’s not long
I don’t like That it is not as long as it looks, does not cover much of my torso. It also slides up, but it does make my back feel better

Comfortable support
Good and comfortable material. All Velcro so sizing isn’t a huge concern. Lots of support during workout, I have a mommy pouch and doesn’t quite cover it all but still like it overall.

Order a size up
I have 30" hips and ordered a large, and it just barely sticks together. I should've ordered a size up. Sturdy material. Otherwise would've been a great purchase.
