I use this every night to help thwart foot cramps. I'm not sure if it helps because I also use light tonic water added to a 12 oz. glass of water along with stretching before bed. I drink it over the course of the entire night so I don't get a sugar rush. At the very least, it is a much better choice as it is organic and is delicious. I was using it throughout the day too, to brighten up my drinking water, but read about the calories and cut back significantly. It is literally the only juice I buy.

It loosened my stiffs joints only five days after I started drinking it! I've been drinking 20ml per day for over five years. I stopped drinking it once to see what would happen, and my stiffness returned in a few days. Back to tart cherry concentrate, and the siffness was gone.

Easy to mix, tastes just as good as the bottled juice and much more economical.

I ended up going on anxiety medication for about two weeks which almost killed me due to HORRIBLE, INSANE insomnia. I'm talking, 4 hours sleep in three days. I decided to dump the meds, up my SAMe to 800 mg, and try this using my own version of the "sleep girl cocktail" formula of 2 tablespoons of this tart cherry juice and 1 tsp of Natural Calm. OMG!! After two nights of taking this, I slept through the night and for almost 8 hours straight. For me, I take 30 minutes before bed, and I fall into a deep slumber...I mean...OUT.As far as taste, it's actually very pleasant mixed with the raspberry Natural Calm. Regarding taking this for pain, I suppose it does work. My tennis elbow pain disappeared, but other than this, I don't have many aches and pains to notice enough to rate on this basis. But for insomnia, 5/5.

The price is all over the place lately (Fall 2022) due to - well you know why. Anyways. The flavor is good. I usually purchase another brand out of Washington State the I find much better, but their supply has dried up. This company is a marketing company who just buys other peoples products and resells. Nothing wrong with that, but they are not the farmers. So the product can vary from month to month it seems. I will probably buy again though because there are so few options for real tart cherry concentrate.

Updated review….I continue to love the product but now it seems like the bottle was improved.I used to waste a bit with the drips after pouring but it is now considerably less! Greatly appreciated!

This is a different brand than I had previously been getting. Does the same. It has a bit of bitter taste, but that is expected in this product. Besides being good for health. I add it to other beverages for a little flavor. Good product would recommend

I have had lots of trouble sleeping. Melatonin doesn’t really work and I was at my wits end. I had heard about tart cherry but since i fast, I wrote it off because I couldn’t drink it before bed. Then I read that you can drink it anytime and it will still help your body produce natural melatonin to sleep better. I drink two tablespoons during the day and I am completely blown away by my sleep. Last night, I went to sleep at 9:30 and woke at 6:30. This is unheard of in my world! A few nights before, 9-7:30. I am getting great deep sleep and no longer awake at night. Not even waking to pee which used to be a major issue.I was doing sparkling water with it but I noticed bloating. So, now I just mix it with water and no issues. This stuff is a miracle and I recommend it to everyone. I have missed sleep so much :)
