This was a hit at my daughter's gender reveal party. We had guests choose if they were team pink or blue upon arrival and attached a sticker to them. The Big Reveal was outside so on the way out of the door each guest was given a balloon to match their sticker. When the gender was revealed the balloons matching the gender were released. Everyone enjoyed.
