The right vitamin
These are the perfect vitamin. My blood count levels were low before starting these. Now I can say they are easy to take, just one a day. There is no after taste. They are as effective and functional like the description says.

I wish I had taken pictures, my crepey skin is almost gone
I am a woman who is almost 70 years old. When I retired a few years ago, I started noticing the crepey skin on my arms and blood spots on my hands when I bumped things, especially if I got scraped on a cardboard box. The doctors all told me that those are an age-related thing and to live with it. There is nothing they could do about it. Lately, these things seemed to be getting worse, and I was feeling tired and washed out, so I decided I should probably start taking a multi vitamin.After looking at several, I decided on these, partly, because this brand has been around for decades. So anyway, I ordered these and started taking them on Jan 10. It is now Feb 28, and I can't believe the difference. All of the blood spots on my hands have healed up and I haven't developed any new ones. Because I work in the yard and garden ( and have several cats and dogs), I am usually covered in scratches. The ones I had healed, and any new ones are healing much faster than normal.The big thing that simply amazes me is that the crepey skin on my arms is almost completely gone. There is still some lines left, but they are getting better as time goes on.If I take these on an empty stomach, they will cause some upset, especially if I drink coffee soon after. If that happens, I just eat a little something and it stops it. These taste and smell like sugar cookies, which I find nice, but sort of strange since the product for men doesn't have any smell at all. These are a little on the larger size, but not huge. The coating makes them easy to swallow.I guess that I was very depleted in my vitamins and minerals, this product has helped me so much it is unbelievable. I will be repurchasing.

Great value for the size.
My wife has been taking these for a few months now, easy to swallow for her, and who knows if they actually work. Great value for the size compared to buying at the store.

The bottle lists all kinds of vitamins so I guess it's good for me. Have to trust on something like this. Brand has been around for a long time
