2.5 weeks in and this is definitely working, more power in the gym and faster healing. But the best part for me is some of the deepest sleep I’ve had in about 15 years! I would purchase again for the sleep I get from this alone. The price is pretty ridiculous so I’ll be trying some cheaper alternatives next time but if they don’t get the same or better results I’ll be back. Taking 4 pills, 2 hours after eating and about a half hour before bed, has been most effective for me. If you don’t use as directed, you won’t achieve the desired effect.

If you follow directions, and especially if you don't eat before or after taking it IMO, this combination of amino acids (about 3 grams) and whatever herbal extract they've put into it truly does what it says -- results in something along the lines of an eight-fold increase in growth hormone levels.The way it induces deep sleep at night is almost worth the price tag IMO, beause of how useful that is for recovery, as an athlete. I can tell it's doing this, because when I wake up to pee in the odd hours of the morning, it's from a very vivid, intense dream. That said. It's literally a 30 day supply of 3 grams of amino acids. For $80, it's overpriced. Realistically, this is a $30 monthly supply at most, and that is with a markup in profit that is still likely double to triple the mfg. / sourcing costs. That is just my strong hunch, I take other amino acid products that cost half the price, but provide 5x the product. They won't increase GH levels and create for better sleep like this will, but still. The premium being paid is very high, and even if it works, it feels like price gouging.

This product carries a warning about caffeine intake. Make sure to follow it, after forgetting the warning I enjoyed some caffeine and almost passed out when I got up from the table.

I’ve been using this product as directed for 6 weeks and have notice a noticeable difference in my performance, heavier weight I’m able to lift in each exercise, and improved leanness. Sleep quality has improved although I wake up at 5am and go to sleep at 8:30pm, I can say I sleep a lot deeper. Since the age of 18 Fitness and working out have always been a key part of my daily life. I have tried many different supplements over the years. I don't write many reviews, but need to share my story. I'm 68, and was scheduled for knee surgery. I'm very active, work hard, and in great health. But my knees limit what I can do.
