The strings tore off. Where can I get that repaired?

It's cheaper if you just throw it away and buy a new set.. I did it I just hate waiting for the mail :(

how strong is the string?

Not strong. It's cheap. But it works for hitting a birdie. We played for about six hours. Who knows how many games. And they didn't show any wear.

What's the material of the shaft (stick between the round head and the handle)? Can it be bend (I need to bend it)?

It is metal! It's the same as any other badminton racket. You should be able to bend it once. Anymore and I'm afraid it works just break!
