Built well and quiet
Works very well. Its quiet and the hookups aligned with my existing connections. I appreciate the motor body being of abs to prevent corrosion. The 1.5 hp seems to provide a stronger jet and suction from my last pump.Built wellPerforms wellEasy installationGood price

Good price point
Was a little hesitant it being half the price of a Hayward I figured it would be weaker. Was very surprised when I hooked it up and it churned the water . Setup on a 20x40 inground 50/50 skimmer/underground pickup with 1 1/2” piping and split dual outlets. About a month of use it seems pretty good so far, and very quiet.

Descriptions for the pump are wrong
Installed the pump and yes pump kind of works. The pump description about HP and gallons per minute are a joke. Now reading more reviews and saw others are saying the same. Water coming out of the return has less power than a water hose. Installation / installing it to pluming.was easy but its not what they say. Also, it doesn't really prime all the way. Just not enough power. Actually, no power at all and sucks a lot of air. It's hooked up to the original 1 1/2-inch pluming and i never had such problem in 28 years. The filter basket never fills up halfway. Don't waste your money on this one. Now I am going to figure out how to send it back if even possible. Again, please don't waste your money on this junk.Edit. I turned our navigator on (suction pool cleaner) and absolutely nothing. Doesn't move at all. You can pull it out of the pool, and you don't even hear any suction.Either I got a bad unit but it doesn't seem that way looking at other reviews. The pump is sold under different names as well. No idea where the 5 star reviews come from. Most likely paid.

Lower cost alternative for replacing pool pump
Working well so far but came without any directions on setting it to 230.

Self Primes very well, does not include wiring diagram
Quiet and easy to install , self priming pump. Does not come with a wiring diagram though. For 220v applications power connects to terminal 1 and terminal 2 ( wire color doesn’t matter for 220v but for 110v black goes to terminal 1 and white wire goes on terminal 2) then pull cover off outside switch and move switch to 220/230v position if not using 110v and replace cover. You will be good to go.

Excellent
This a pretty good replacement. Highly recommended. The base is plastic so corrosion is out of the picture. The power is pretty similar to the original Hayward pump.

Disappointed
I purchased the Oswerpon Pool Pump Above Ground/Inground, 1.5 HP 6600GPH, expecting reliable performance, but it lasted only about one year before completely failing. Despite being professionally installed and carefully maintained, the pump began leaking water underneath the motor, made loud squealing noises, and eventually stopped working altogether. For the price and advertised specifications, I expected better durability and quality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
