They are totally worth what I pay for them. On August 19, 2021. I was struck by a vicious case of food poisoning that lasted for 12 weeks when I recovered I had no stomach sounds no growling when hungry. Nothing. My sister bought me a bottle of probiotic 10 after about three weeks, I started feeling a little better. I was on my second bottle when I was awakened one morning by my stomach growling to signify that it wanted to eat. Since then I have taken probiotic 10 every single morning to keep my stomach, bacteria, healthy and hungry. I am sure that my sister and probiotic 10 probably saved my life.

It’s a gut supplement. I am on large doses of antibiotics.. I don’t want to get Cdif so I take large amounts of gut bacteria supplements So far so good.

We have trusted this brand of probiotic blend for some time. Fortunately it comes in a sturdy pill container. This time it arrived in a plastic bag that also contained another larger item I had ordered which mashed the cardboard container of the probiotics. I believe the items were packed by Amazon and not the probiotics vendor.

I've suffered chronic insomnia for over 20 years. Trouble going to sleep and staying asleep. Although I still wake up a couple times a night I can always go back to sleep. After averaging about 4 hrs of intermittent sleep. I now have averaged about seven consistently. I need to take 2, but that was okayed by my doctor. I feel so much better. I no longer wake up exhausted. Good on you Nature's Bounty!! Love their Probiotic 10 as well.Edit: I now only take one a night. Not just sleeping better, feeling better. I wake ready to take on the day. My ADHD symptoms are better. I'm able to plan and organize again.
