So I live stream and is this worth the money to purchase one? What's the difference without a pop filter if this kind?

It was worth it for me as I usually have a fan running and my pc fan gets a little loud especially with the acoustics in my stream room, adding this with a pop filter completely got rid of that noise. If just a pop filter is working fine for you now feel free to skip this.

My blue yeti keeps picking up my breathing. Will this help block that out?

It should help for that, pops, and fan noise. However, you may want to move the mic back a little as well.

can i use it on a cardioid mic?

I would assume so as most mics are similar but I don’t have cardioid mic.

Would this fit the Amazon Basics mini-condenser properly?

Just by judging the mini-condenser pictures alone, I don't think it'd fit. This foam cover looks like it's specifically for the Yeti microphones. The Amazon Basic microphone looks to be smaller than the cover and might be incompatible.
