The features that was supposed to give this star light it’s edge are lackluster. Making it no better than the other hundreds of types of the same light. I was excited to get this because of the wifi capability. I love the SmarLife app and my household runs on it. I have devices automated to turn on at night, turn themselves off, connected to Alexa for voice commands etc. So if I see an option for a device that connects to SmartLife I see it as a plus.But this just won’t stay connected. I just end up using the switch to turn it off and on. It’s annoying. The light itself is nice enough, the audio sounds muffled but I didn’t purchase it for that. But really the audio sounds like it’s coming out of a taped up box it’s not good at all.Once I turn the unit off and on again it’ll connect to wifi sometimes. Not all the time. When it works it’s great and I can tell Alexa to turn it off or on, I can control the colors, the speed of the color change, there’s so many ways to customize it. But that’s when it works which is 10% of the time. I would have just went for a cheaper one if I knew I was going to have to manually work it anyway… it was also a nightmare to connect to SmartLife in the first place too. You have to rapidly turn off and on to the wifi side. That switch isn’t the most comfortable and my fingers were hurting from vigorously trying to get this thing to blink in sync mode.The motor is also super loud. Don’t know how you can be lulled to sleep with the motor grinding away. Also every time it turns on it says “Bluetooth Mode as loud as possible. Which is a good way to wake my husband up. The cherry on top is if your phone is also connected to it via Bluetooth. It also announces this at the highest volume with no way to turn it down or off.

What a great little gig! We used to own a so called "disco ball" that was a vital attribute of any hosted party. Since it broke, I decided to give this star projector a try. Great quality. Looks ljust like a soccer ball adn comes with the charging wire and the remote control. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was a speaker as well ( I guess I dodn`t read the full description). There are a few different modes of projection and you can connect your music thorugh the bluetooth and make the stars flicker with the beat. There is a microphone button on the remote control, haven`t explored that yet. Great product!!

We bought this for our date nights, and let me tell you, date nights are definitely spruced up! I love the different color options you get. My girlfriend is obsessed with it and tells me our dates are a lot of romantic after we bought this to set the ambiance.The machine itself is easy to use. I don't really use the speaker option due to the fact that I already have an Alexa in my home. The Alexa quality is much better as a speaker than this. It's a nice option to have for those who don't already have a speaker though.

I’ve been using this for more than a month. I like that it plays music, the design of it is neat, and the setting with the blue waves and fading (green only) stars is our ‘go to’. I can’t find the app it’s supposed to be compatible with at all though. I use my phone to stream music to it (it’s not for loud music playing). My kiddo loves it, and I also bought another as a gift.

This is a fun projector that provides a beautiful "picture" but the remote is impossible to figure out and the directions are really impossible to understand.

The item comes with a lot of different settings and is easy to use.The projector is displayed just as advertised, the bluetooth connected easily to my iPhone and the speaker is really good. The laser light is great for making the room relaxing. My kids love it!

It looks really great, great range of colours and effects, it looks very impressive and relaxing in my bedroom.I did have a problem when I had to change my internet router but I got in touch with the seller and they solved the problem.Definitely recommend! Just having it on and watching the patterns move is just so incredibly soothing, and the ability to change the colour of the patterns is a major bonus. I also love the fact you can control it with Alexa, and also set a schedule for it to turn off (really handy if you fall asleep!)—Whoever this is who has hacked my account and made this review and tried to make me pay for an item I did not order or receive, I am contacting the fraud team and have cancelled the cards on my account so you need to get off my account!!

The colours can be set to whatever you want including a nice warm white. It also plays music. There is an sd card in the bottom with the music on. Not sure if you can remove this and put on your own music? Would be cool if you could. I might try this. The volume starts quite loud and has to be turned down. It would be better the other way around. The unit feels nicely made and works via USB or batteries, and comes with a mini screwdriver for the battery compartment! All in all a good product.

Wifi not work very well but daughter is happy with the remote you can't have remote and wifi on at the same time

Really nice light and this one definitely is made of better quality that other on the market.Simple instructions to follow and links up easily to our google..also works with alexa.Remote feels good quality also and i liked how this one looks different in comparisons to the usual small square ones that get lost easily.Has different settings. Can change from a more calming night light to more disco themed. Has 'stars' included which gives it a real nebula feel.Speaker is semi decent considering i would say it is more marketed as a light. Has a good sound and isn't tinny. Good loud volume of required. Connected easily to my phone.We use this in our sons rooms as a night light mostly and he loves choosing the colours.
