You will receive a pair of crutches.

Do these have a way, ex: vertical rubber strips to prevent them from falling onto the floor when resting/standing them against a ledge/counter/wall?

No. Having the crutches fall over was the biggest "down fall" no pun intended. Other that that, they were great.
