Good product but was missing my blades
Product is good but I didn’t get to add designs to my sourdough because the blades were missing in my order. Other than that the product is good

Great sourdough baking kit
I’ve used this already 4 times for making sourdough bread. Works great! Still tweaking for me to get a good pop on the oven but that has nothing to do with this kit. Lol. I’d buy it again and is a good price.

Great kit for sourdough bread!
The kit includes all you may need to make your sourdough bread. It's perfect!It has great quality materials and looks like in the photos.I'm a begginer and I had a great experience using each piece of the kit to make my sourdough bread!I loved the fact that you can join the baker's club and get recipes, I tried the starter one and was very usefull for me because it has clear step by step guide and even has tips. I used the mixer tool and its easier than do it by hand. Also I was very excited to use the scoring knife and try new patterns.I mainly bought the kit for the bannetons and they are perfect, solid yet light and you also get a guide for a proper care of it.I find all the tools and info, useful and complete, so far I love Shori bake kit, I will try all the recipes for sure!!!

Company Stands Behind Product, Support Them!
As many customers have noted, this bread kit does as expected and is by no means a top-tier kit. However, what makes them stand out from the others may be their excellent—and I mean EXCELLENT—customer service!When my first kit arrived, the bannetons had some issues (discoloring), with one that was particularly worse because it also had gaps and staples showing. When I emailed them the pictures and simply asked if there was a way to get replacement bannetons, they were quick to reply and sent me a replacement kit (tracking included).I was very surprised by their quick response and attention, as I received the replacement in two days from the time I emailed them. The second kit was much better, and due to their excellent customer service, I would have no hesitation ordering a kit from them again or for another baker friend.
