Great yarn
I haven't actually used this yet, but I did feel it and it seems very soft. It's going to work nicely for the animals I knit.It may look like a small package but there is a lot of yarn there. I also purchase Tehete 100% Cashmere and I love it and for the price it's great.

Fingering weight
Lovely yarn. Very soft. Nice colors. This is a FINGERING weight yarn in a 50g. Skein. It's thicker than lace yarn, but slightly more fine than sock yarn (though it certainly could be used to make a nice, soft pair of socks). You will be using size 1-3 knitting needles. I wouldn't go higher unless you want to create a lacey fabric. If I was going to crochet with it, I personally would use 3mm hook or smaller. It is:35% Merino25% Nylon20% Acrylic20% ViscoseSo, it's a Merino blend, not 100% Merino.Manufacturer says it is feltable. I have doubts, but I haven't tried it, so I can't say.It is dry clean or hand wash only and cannot be tumble dried.I think the $5 price point is fair.I'll be using it to knit Christmas ornaments. It will be well suited for that.

Non durable
This yarn shreds. Pulls apart like it’s a cotton bell. No worse. You can’t apply any pressure

Delicate Yarn
The media could not be loaded. The yarn is fingering weight and extremely delicate. It breaks easily and I would not consider it easy to use with stranded color work. I am using it with a variegated yarn in stripes.I do like the texture and softness of the fabric this yarn creates. I am currently making a raglan sweater with it. I think it’s good yarn for the cost. As long as there is not a lot of tension placed on the yarn with knitting it holds up well. I found I would break it with frogging.

Better than the reviews
Although this yarn is a fingerling weight and I needed DK, I bought it and I crocheted with two strands. It was a pleasure to works with. It is smooth and well made yarn. I got it to make a hat for my daughter but I think I will buy more and make a sweater. The finished product feels fabulous against the skin. There was a slight odor but after hand washing the garment the smell is gone. Some reviews complained about the yarn coming apart but I didn’t have the problem.

Very happy with it
I bought the color "ginger" to knit some tiny pumpkins and it worked out great. The pattern is Cute little pumpkin patch by Norman Schwarze. It's a nice desaturated orange, closer to what a real pumpkin would look like than any sort of neon, it's not at all garish. The weight is very light. Compared to other yarns I have, it's closest to one that's labeled sock weight. It's significantly thicker than my lace weight, but still very fine.I used size 1 knitting needles and it worked out well. if you were knitting something other than a plush you could probably use another size, but check your gague first of course.
