This material is great for making masks but you should know that it will shrink. I know they say not to wash the material before sewing it, but I would suggest you do otherwise your mask is going to be smaller than you would like. You will get shredded ends but they can be cut off. The material measured 18x22 when I received it and approximately 17x19 after washing.

I purchased this 7 piece fat quarter fabric to make facemask. I put the in the washer on delicate cycle to prewash the fabric. This fabric frayed so much I had to cut the threads apart. I than had to trim the outer edge. I lost valuable fabric that is hard to come by with the virus.

Great variety of quilt fabric blocks. I chose the blue/black blocks of fabric to use specifically for two projects, and they served me perfectly for what I needed them for. I am so pleased with the final outcome. I was able to combine the black designs together with my solid t-shirt project, as well with the blue florals on another sewing project I needed to complete. They are basic light cotton fabrics but exactly what I was looking for - and what I needed to attach them onto. Great pieces for small projects. Thank you.

This material is on the thin side which is exactly what I was looking for, for the inside of the mask that I make. I like the different prints , I bought several different colors. This material is exactly what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The picture shows a thicker fabric. This is almost like gauze. It does not work for masks.

I purchased these fabrics so I could make homemade masks for my family. It's enough material to make at least one adult mask with enough left over to make a filter pocket or as a different pattern for a backing. The lightness of the fabric is good for making summer mask. I also like that there's different patterns to work with.

The fabric was very thin. My wife is sewing face masks. This fabric was not up to standard for good quality two layers masks. She will find another use for the squares, maybe for a light quilt.

I can get four masks out of this size. They work great!
