They are approximately 13.5”. 1 wraps around a Yeti coozie approx 12”

They did not worked for me. not bright or visible enough. would not close around my arm (small size arm) option was to put them on my dogs collar and still not visible enough. got Be Seeing wonderfull brand or arm braces for walking or running or been out in the dark.
