I have numerous digestive and gut problems so got this to try and improve it. Sadly it did not. This is not the fault of the product, it is down to my dodgy body. The product tastes sweet and could serve as a healthier sweetener than sugar or dodgy man-made chemicals. It does not mix great and can go lumpy. The price is good for just how much you get in terms of servings. It is one of those products where if you already know you need it then it is just fine. If you are experimenting like I did then you will have to see how it all pans out.

Taste nice but found it clumped together after opening, think it need to be in a better sealable container, or transferred to a jar as I wasted over half of it as it was rock solid

I think this product is great, I put a good teaspoon in my morning coffee and you can only taste a little sweetness, it dissolves into nothing and I’ve found it really helps with my bowel movement later in the day.I’m going to see how it goes with one tspoon and then up it to two, having one at about 4pm in a cup of tea. Does make you a bit windy 💨 so I wouldn’t use too much in the beginning

Arrived well on time an well packaged.Never been one for getting enough roughage in my diet, and dont like overdoing laxatives, but now I dont have to bother.This is so easy to use, and the benefits are so easy on the system, I'm never using anything else.Just a measure and a half in my hot drinks, soup... even my snack pots! (just add it before the hot water) Its as simple as that. I only use it twice a day, and as I said, no discomfort, and I feel better in myself too.Wish I'd found this years ago!

This is much better than sugar for diabetes and I will be ordering more
