Would these work with older vacuvin pumps?

Yes, we had an older vacuum pump from probably 15 years ago. These just came in and the pump works with them!

Will these work with the Oxo pump? Can't seem to find additional stoppers for it.

Yes, they will. I just ordered some and they work great. You have to pump a few more times than with the Oxo plugs, but it will create a tight seal. I tested it with a 750ml bottle of wine that was 3/4 full by turning it upside down and there were no leaks. I laid it on its side for a bit and there were no leaks either.

Will these work with an OXO pump?

I’m not sure, I have not tried it. I suspect that they are exclusive to the Vacu Vin brand.

Can you store a bottle of wine on it's side for several days without the bottle leaking wine with the vacuum cork in place?

From experience I will say "yes". Have sealed wine bottle, even 3/4 full, and set back in our little wine fridge - on its side and tilted forward. Like another wrote, I fold a paper towel under it for help in a leak. Have yet to have one leak, and this is red wine. So, if it leaks, you know it!
