Worked as replacement covers for NDS-D109-G boxes.
I think our boxes are NDS-D109-G types. Existing broken lids had 6-7/8" "top edge" diameter, with 6-1/16" OD measurement for end to fit in boxes (do a web search for "spinklerwarehouse nds-d109-g" to see the tech specs that matched our lids). These lids look like they'd fit a box with an ID as small as 5-1/4", smaller than that would be a squeeze. The "top edge" diameter is 7-7/16", but I would be wary of using them on any box with an ID larger than 7". The NDS-107C/CH covers from the "orange big box store" were definitely too small for our boxes, they'd fall right in. As for value, these worked out to $7.125/cover pre-tax, whereas the NDS-D109-GL from "sprinklerwarehouse" would have been $2.15/cover but would have had to pay for shipping (would have still been cheaper). Durability is TBD, will see how they survive a summer or few of direct sun (north TX) and being run over regularly with a lawn mower. Have mowed twice, they did not get sucked in to mower.

These work great!
These are incredibly easy to install, they fit securely so they won't pop off, and they're easy to remove if needed. High quality, durable construction for the occasional driving mower running over them. Highly recommend these.

Works Really Well on 7 Inch Box
These work surprisingly well on my 7 inch round sprinkler system valve boxes. I had the same problem everyone else has. My boxes are 7 inch diameter but the local big box hardware stores only have the 6 inch covers. This one works perfectly and does not come up - it's very snug. This is the one the local big box stores should have in stock instead of the too small, cheap ones they have.

a way to prevent them from being destroyed by your lawnmower
No complaints about the covers. It's hard to find the right size. They will most likely get sucked up by your tractor or lawnmower because they just can't provide enough force to be retained. We did this and it worked great: A #8 (or so) 3/4" sheet metal screw on each leg/ear, screwed from the inside outward did the trick. Be careful ... the tip of the screw will bite into the valve box, holding it, maybe too well, so start with the screw tip just protruding and adjust deeper as needed.

Good but...
These things fit as described but due to the tension which holds them in place they have a tendency to pop out from time to time (about once a month), perhaps due to expansion and contraction of temperature changes, who knows.

Adjustable easy fit
Wow! I was surprised at how nicely this lid fits. I can see that it would be adjustable if the opening was a little larger or smaller. I will be getting more of these. Great invention.
