Perfect match for my B&W bookshelf speakers!
I bought a very nice set of B&W gloss black bookshelf speakers for my home office 2:1 system. I noticed that while they offered exceptional sound mated with my Technics amplifier they lacked the low end bass. I was not looking to thump my office, just to complete the sound.Admittedly I wanted to pair with the same brand, I tend to hold to the notion that pairing the same brand just tends to work better ergonomically and hopefully sonically. In this case it was perfect. It arrived perfectly and was impressively heavy and well-built kit.I ran the RCA and instantly I was hearing Depeche Mode Strangelove the way it should sound...with a artificial bass track ;)It has a small footprint ( I placed on absorbing stand I bought also on Amazon) and it now for almost a year has delivered each and every time. I recommend this speaker !

Perfect for music
I bought this sub to fill out the bottom end of my Marantz/B&W 704s2 stereo system that I use strictly for TV viewing and music. No surround sound or big boom movies. How hard could one cable and a power cord be to set up, right? Wrong! I had no idea how tedious it would be. I had to take a deep dive into the surround sound world and play around with features in my AV receiver that I never even knew existed. B&W customer service deserves credit for their help. After what seemed like endless tweaking, I finally got it to sound good to my ears and wow! It was worth all the headaches. Listening to my favorite bass players on YouTube is a whole new experience. It may not shake the pictures off the wall, but it is exactly what I was looking for to complement the 704's.

Great front firing subwoofer with a small form factor.
I needed a small front firing subwoofer to fit into a compartment in my desk. Specifically, where a desktop computer would sit (wood on all sides except the rear). Now that I’m using a laptop for my main computer, that was the best placement for the sub.My desktop hifi system is using KEF Q150 speakers (with the bunge stuffed in the port holes) and this sub.It rounds the system out nicely, sounds great, and doesn’t distort.

Excellent
The media could not be loaded. This subwoofer delivers precise and rich bass, which I think is excellent for music in general. It is not too strong to exceed the two-way speakers and is adjustable in level, low-pass, phase, and place.I use it with a two B&W 206 series and Maratz M1In a room of 390 square feet.

good sound, compact size
I'm partial to B&W speakers and love the way all of mine sound. I purchased this subwoofer to add a "fuller" sound to my basement TV sound system and now have 2 subs. Love the full, rich sound of having 2 subwoofers!

Fabulous
I bought two of them, in white. The dual sub set-up really delivers (I have them paired with five B&W M-1 speakers, also highly recommended). My only complaint is the standby power setting; this nicely switches the units off as designed after a short period of inactivity - but when they come back on the subs produce very audible "pops." Other than that minor annoyance, they're great.

Well worth it.
Perfect addition to the 607s. I keep the volume on the sub very low 2 out of 10. I use in a small room and anything more would be uncomfortable to listen too.Bass is not boomy and allows the details of an upright bass to be heard with great distinction. Bass drums and timpani drums resonate and timbre is spot on. I listen to lots of vinyl and don’t have to replace my turntable to get the sound I wanted. Main listening choices are jazz, Grateful Dead, classic rock and classical.Ignore the made in China label. It’s not 1983 anymore.
