I was initially uncertain if this inflatable footrest will be of any use at all. I said to myself that I would write a review if I found it useful. Here I am, after two very long 20+ hour flights, eager to write this review.To give you some background, I've always found long flights in economy class very uncomfortable, with my feet swelling up and legs feeling heavy like logs. I also find it difficult to sleep for longer than a few minutes on the plane. I keep fidgeting, trying to adjust my position constantly.This footrest was such a game changer! After using this on my recent two 20+ hour long flights (in combination with a foot hammock), there was no foot swelling at all! And what's more, I could catch a few winks as well, as my feet felt more comfortable.Pros:It is quite easy to use. It inflates easily, as it has got large valves. It also deflates easily, within seconds. I wasn't sure if the airline would allow a manual balloon blower device, so I just inflated it by mouth, which took just a couple of minutes. There are 2 valves, one inflates it to 1/3 rd of the size, the second valve inflates the other 2/3rd. You can choose to inflate only 1/3rd of the foot rest to rest your feet, or inflate the other 2/3rd to raise it a bit higher to rest your ankles or calves, or inflate fully to bring it up to almost your seat height. This extends the seat depth and it is easier to sit cross-legged if you prefer or useful for children to stretch their legs and sleep.I shared it with my husband on the long flight, who also found it very comfortable.It is light weight and easy to fold and pack away after use. It easily fits into a backpack, ideal to carry in your cabin bag. There is a handy bag to store it in.Cons:When inflated fully, it is quite tight and difficult to fit into the leg space in the economy section. That is the only tricky aspect. Also, some airlines may not allow the inflatable footrest on aisle seats or other seats where it may pose a hazard to other passengers' passage. However, if you are travelling with family and have a window seat or a middle seat, it should not be a problem. Also, if you have paid for a seat with extra leg room, the inflatable footrest fits in easily in the space, even when fully inflated.Finally, the footrest is ideal for economy travel, considering this is as comfortable as you can get in an economy seat. I shall be using it in all my future long flights, along with a foot hammock.

Worked amazing at our 9 hour flight to Brazil. My toddler could sleep comfortably with the extra room this pillow created.Just make sure you inflate and set it up after the flight has taken off.It is also good to know this inflatable is easy to inflate and deflate.

We weren’t allowed to use it in Emirates economy

I read the reviews and thought I'd take a punt on this product to help my toddler get to sleep on an 8 hour flight. It was very easy and quick to inflate and deflate. Once the cabin lights went down we used it with some blankets to make a bed, this worked well for the first approx three hours and then my toddler was moving about so much he started sliding off it while sleeping, so we quickly deflated and made him a makeshift bed on the airplane floor. While he didn't use it for the whole period he slept, it really helped him get comfy and to sleep in the first place, so well worth the purchase.

I use this to fill the foot well in my van so my dog has more room to lay down when with me at work. Works great for that and fits the foot well perfectly. The only issue is that it only seems to hold air for a couple ours at most before deflating and having to be blown up again. It is however very easy to inflate due to the large flaps used.

This product was accepted by Mauritius Airlines and our 15 month old son slept 6 hours on outbound and 10 hours inbound flight. He had bigger space even when he was awake and definitely thinking of getting another one too. It was very easy to blow up and easy to pack as well
