Love these things but had to give them away because the doctor said I need to change my diet. Poopie.

So, I had one of these a few months ago out of a starpack, or something. I ordered a box of these. I ate them all. So my hubs got me a bag from the Walgreens for me and they weren’t the same. They were TOO gummy.So these are a little firmer than the ones from the store. They weren’t expired. Maybe they had been frozen? Whatever it is, I crave these. I have my fingers crossed that the box that is arriving tomorrow is the same texture!!

I don't know why these started disappearing from stores the last few years. I bought enough to meter some out for the kids and keep enough for myself to last ;)

While I don’t believe these “expire“ and will go bad, they do tend to get harder the older they are. I bought a batch a few months ago and the expiration date was October 2024. I just bought a batch in June 2024, and the best by date is July 2024. I’m disappointed this pack is older than the pack I bought several months ago and are already quite chewy. The first pack I bought was amazing and my whole family enjoyed them. We can definitely tell this pack is on the older side. I would give my last pack 5 stars but this one only 3 stars, hence my overall 4 star rating.

I have been ordering gummy cherries and also gummy colas for a few years now and they are excellent every time. I have never had a single problem. I have ordered them in all kinds of weather, in summer and even in winter. They have arrived fresh and chewy every single time. I have never had an issue with bad smells, weird coloring or getting just a single pack instead of twelve. I am so grateful for this option as they are hard to find in stores nowadays.

I love these candies and can only find them while travelling..... I did not lose any cavities while chewing on these wonderful pieces of yumminess. May have to order another 12 pack because they disappeared within a week between me, my kids and their friends.
