Great product, Great packing, Great delivery
Despite the fact they a couple of them came with small dents, I was very pleased with the service I got every time I called them in, the way the cabinets were packed and that they were on time as promised.I give them a 5 star because I am very happy with the way they look and how easy it was to install them, they came 95% pre-installed, adding the base and legs was easy.

Neighbors are commenting on how nice it looks. It holds more than we possibly could have imagined. We've eliminated 3 bulky shelves.

Everyone In The Neighborhood Envy's My Garage
I bought them wanting to get a cleaner look in the garage. Everyone that has seem them is jealous of us. They are Great, really able to make the garage look cleaner. I did have a couple issues, 1) small shipping damage dent in 1 cabinet, being it was between other units and no one would see it. I asked customer service for replacement hinges, which made the doors close better. 2nd) issue is a manufacturing issue. I do not think they really intended to have the bolts that hold on the footer, stick up thru the bottom of the cabinets. This is an issue when things catch on them or you put bags in the bottom shelve with possibility of them ripping open. Think they need to go back to bolting them from top down thru floor and nuts under the cabinet. That would make it less likely to have those issues. 3rd) issue was the inside of all drawer cabinets were not painted completely. Again not an aesthetically an issue to some but I thought it would have been painted everywhere to help stop rust. I took a Rustoleum metal spray paint to cover the areas that were missed. No one else would see it anyway, just makes me happy it will not rust now in that area either. Last thing I did was buy the Rubbermaid slat wall system 8 panels fit perfectly, to complete the finished look.

Great Product /Customer Service Sucks
I purchased the 2.0 Black 14 pc. set, 1 large cabinet was not square and the doors didn't close correctly, and 1 small cabinet didn't open the same as the other 3, I took pictures as was asked by Newage and sent to them, instead of taking responsibility as they should have, they sent me back to Amazon to which they inconvenienced me by sending the whole damn package of cabinets 14 pcs. again. Everything is packaged very well, so to have to repackage is a true pain in the ass!! If you buy these, they're great cabinets, good luck if you get any that were made on Friday just before happy hour, as getting replacements, is truly not a pleasure!! Star raring is based not on the product, but the total experience!!!!!!!!!
