Hybrid Tracking/Control
Artisan is the best mouse pad you can buy, depending on your play style and preferences. Ive owned 2 so far and the hein is amazing compared to the zero, again preferences. The zero you have a more control over speed style with better stopping power, but compromised speed, making it better for those struggling to perform flicks and accuracy in shooter games. I'm not knocking the zero as ill keep it in my arsenal for specific games, but the hein is the perfect hybrid, tracking, stopping power, and overall accuracy once you get use to it. The difference in thickness too makes it a overall better choice as the zero has very little grip on your desk then the hein, the only way to adjust it is lift the whole mouse pad off the desk to position it the way you see fit. Artisan is hands down the best mouse pad I've ever dealt with, and ill continue to buy there products for my needs as I see fit. There is also a chart that shows the best fit for you if you Google it, they are top teir, no glazing just pure preference and expierence. The conclusion this is a pure tracking/control hybrid beast of a pad.

Final mousepad for a final mouse
This mousepad feels almost like sandpaper. Providing grip with my final mouse ULX. Every movement is precise.

Probably the best compromise between speed and control in the Artisan pad family
Zero = too slowHayate Otsu = too slowRaiden = too fastHien = juuuuuust rightI've tried all those Artisan pads and eventually this one seems to have just the right mix of good speed but still just a touch of control to keep it movement from being too wild. I've used this in wild, fast paced tracking shooters like Apex Legends and Overwatch, to flicky, angle holding games like Rainbow 6: Siege and Counter-Strike and the Hien provides whatever you need for either. Versatility and good quality, would recommend if you are unsure of what kind of pad you need.

well worth the $$
Coming off a basic QcK cloth pad I've been using for years, this is an incredible upgrade. I've never used any kind of speed pad before, and while the material and feel was a little odd at first, after a few hours of use it was incredible. Aiming with this feels so free and natural, I don't ever see myself returning to muddy/control cloth pads. I may experiment with the Zero sometime down the road, but I primarily play faster paced games like Apex, and I don't play competitively at all, so I don't necessarily need to maximize control for games like CS/Valorant. The feel of the glides are so smooth and comfortable, it's hard to describe until you've felt it for yourself. Definitely recommend.

Overall the highest quality in the market
I do love the speed and control of this mouse pad, for more information about the softness if you're looking for more control for slower games such as Valorant go for the Artisan Zero, if you're more into faster paste games like Overwatch and Fortnite go for the Hien(This one) and you can choose between Mid-Soft-Xsoft and the softer it is the slower it is, but the sweet spot for most people is the Hien Soft.As for myself I love the Artisan Hien Soft and you really need to give it a try!
