Well built easy to use power washer
The good:I bought this machine to clean the pavement in my backyard and sidewalk (corner property with about 200 ft of sidewalk). Also a long vinyl fence.Installation was very easy. Only 2 screws (which can get lost in the box in came in)Hooked up the hose and plugged it in. It works really well! I tested it on a small area and it easily removed 2 years of grime and mold. Last time I paid to have it cleaned for just a little less than the price of this washer.Needs improvement:As others have stated, the hookup for the power hose is very close to the ground and gets in the way of tilting the machine when you try to move it on it's 2 wheels. Also, the sprayer came with the Red nozzle attached.I would recommend that a wide angle nozzle be connected in the package since this is safer to use on most materials. All in all. I could have saved money had I owned this years ago.I hope it lasts, but the feel is good and it seems like a solidly built machine.Based on my first impression; Highly recommended

SOUND PERFORMANCE BUT ........ ???
Waited until I used the washer 6-7 times before writing this review; I believe I know it well enough now to express my opinions. I'm in my late 60's and have owned several gas-operated units over the years; this is my first electric powered.Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and the performance of this unit; however, there are some functionality issues needing attention by the manufacturer.Pros:The performance of the unit satisfies my needs around the home; washing my cars, cleaning the driveway, deck and - to some extent - portions of our stucco house. The quality of materials making up the washer is good for the most part; the body is solid and during operation makes little noise. The five (5) nozzles provided give the operator a wide-range of applications; however, up to this point, my "go to" is the 15 degree which works for most cleaning applications. The auto on-off feature provided by the trigger on the power wand is great; my previous units (gas) kept on running no matter if being used or not.The Cons:The unit weighs 50+ pounds so if you are looking for a maneuverable and light-weight washer you may need to continue your research; as mentioned in the "Pros" the body is made of rigid plastic which houses the motor. The wheels are too small and made of cheap plastic; they work adequately while on hard surface (concrete, tile, hot-top etc.); however, on gravel, stone and grassy areas it becomes a task moving it around.....you end up pulling it rather than rolling it.The sleeve for holding the washer's power wand is plastic; it functions alright now but not sure over the long run; time will tell on this feature. The nozzles are located on the back at the very base of the unit; they are difficult (in some situations) to get at easily and should be located in a more accessible area in my opinion. The trigger for the power wand can become tedious to hold in the on position for longer operations; I have to change hands constantly. There is no way to lock the trigger in the on position....a safety feature. The female coupler to attach a water hose is located in the front and base of the unit; difficult to get at.The quick-disconnect feature for the braided power wand hose is located on the back and very base of the unit; difficult to get at and because it's located so low to the ground it's virtually impossible not to scar the protective rubber sleeve when moving the unit around. The 16' braided hose works fine; however, it's just not long enough to do larger jobs like cars and driveways; I had to constantly move the unit around - including the garden hose and electrical wire - in order to complete the task. I bought a 26' braided hose that works for all Realm power washers; it made a huge difference in effort. My intention is not to dissuade anyone from purchasing this Realm product but only to present potential buyers with my opinions and observations since owning mine. Overall, I'd give this particular unit a B.

Best we've tried
This is our 4th pressure washer in about 6 years and is definitely our favorite. The difference in performance between it and the typical 140 dollar, big box store washers is night and day. Well worth the price tag, since it performs as well as the 3-400 dollar units. The induction motor is much quieter, but there's power behind it. I'm anxious to see how long it will last. (and it has specific storing instructions for the winter, to assure longevity.) It's heavy, but has wheels that help move it around. The 5 included nozzles cover all the various uses, from washing your car, to stripping paint.

Easy to use when it turns on
This thing is great for an electric pressure washer when it works. I bought it two years ago and every year I've had to replace the plug because of a blown fuse. I'll be in the middle of pressure washing and stop to do something real quick and come back to find out it won't turn on again. Real quick way to turn an easy project into a nightmare. There's the telling when the fuse will blow either. I once had it blow immediately after setting up and once 2 hours into a project.

Great Machine and Even Greater Customer Service!
I admit this is my first power washer, but I am so happy with it! It's a workhorse and a "toy" for grownups--just go outside, have some fun, and clean your house, your car, your garage, your patio etc. etc. etc. in the process! I'm now looking for things to clean and just waiting for things to get grimy. The power washer works extremely well, and while moving it from spot to spot isn't always the easiest, it's doable. But what really has me sitting down to write this review is the customer service. I had to call the company because the washer gun became defective and I called the company to see how I could fix it and they said without hesitation that they would just send another one to me. No questions asked! And they shipped it priority mail! I can't imagine going with another company at this point for future washers!
