Foreign comics get insufficient attention in the US. This comic strip is as clever as Peanuts but the kids are more aware of (and trying to understand) the adult world around them.

Quino is the best, MAFALDA is part of the Argentinian culture so these books describe very well a typical family, routines, politics, friendship, etc. I highly recommend Quino to everybody to laugh and discover Argentina.

Learned about Mafalda while in Argentina. Wanted to read the actual comics so bought this book.Somewhat political, but some interesting and poignant commentaries on life in general.

I knew Mafalda very well because I am Argentine. I bought this special edition in English as a gift for an American friend.The translation is very good.

If you love Mafalda, this is the book to add to your collection! Great quality. Well worth the money. Love it.

I have read Mafalda in its original version and this one in English is very good. I recommend it. :)

I like this comic book, but the pages is not what I expect -- not too much.
