Creative EP-660 In-Ear Stereo Earphones - Pearl White

Fantastic sound, build quality feels like they'll break easily.
Pros:Sounds great. Good, distinct high end, tasty bass, great all round quality. Slightly better soundwise than the 630s, which I had before for about a year before they died. Noise cancellation works very well.Cons:They feel flimsy. I'm going to put some glue on the wire/casing join cause it feels like I'll pull ti out at some stage. The metal casing is nice but the design itself feels less durable than the 630s, which were nice plastic and took a great battering before they died.*EDIT*1 MONTH USE REVIEW:I said they felt flimsy and I was right. Where the wires split is very thin and has no support for the rubber casing around the wire. Both (yes both) wires now have the internal wire exposed, and yesterday they both stopped working within a few hours of each other. Conveniently enough this happened 3 days after my return eligibility expired.Has put me off Creative for life. Yes they sounded great but you can't use them in the real world.TL;DR:Sounds good but don't buy them if you plan on having them in your pocket, or at a desk, or in your phone, or computer. They will fall apart.

Great product!
Definitely the sound is worse than the previous edition EP-660. Like in many companies some "smart" guy changed something (for his own pay check) and ruined the sound. I tried ANY other type of other earphones and this still by far the best. The sound is still great!!!

Broke after only light use two months after purchase
The left earphone channel failed completely only three weeks after the return window closed. This after limited use in a home and work environment. I don’t usually write product reviews and I’ve liked Creative earphones before, but this fails to meet even my low expectations of durability.

Flimsy - broke very easily
I've been buying creative in ear headphones for years as the sound quality is pretty damn good. I swapped from my usual product to these as they were cheaper and i really wish i hadn't bothered. As other reviews warned they are exceptionally flimsy. Only had them less than 2 months and have in the last week got exposed wires in 3 places and now lost sound completely in one ear (no doubt due to the exposed wire). Total waste of money.

Great earphones
I have these to listen to my iPad in bed, they fit in your ear really nicely and because they are so small you can have them in both ears and lie on your pillow without you ear hurting. Great sound also.

A real shame.
These sound fantastic but the build quality is terrible I’m afraid. My initial reaction was wow these are brilliant, better than the 630’s. They haven’t been taken from the house and in a very short space of time they are falling apart, I’m very disappointed. I will attempt to cover and strengthen the bare wires that are showing and continue to use them because they are fantastic in every other department.

The balance is awful; they've been returned
I don't understand the reviews I've seen saying the sound is good: it's not. There's no bass - to hear the bass you need to turn it up, and that's where the cymbals and snare start to hurt your ears and the sound starts to crackle. The balance is awful. If you get these you'll be missing out on about the third of the sound.Additionally, the wires are so flimsy I have no faith they will last.I sent them back.

Stop working after 6 weeks
The wires after the splitter become exposed really quickly and the right earphone stopped working completely after only 6 weeks of use.
