I use them on every air tank I have. Great.
A simple product that is well made and VERY useful around air tanks. Essential around my shop.

Work without leaking
Nice quality. I used them on a 4 way hose to inflate my Jeep & Truck tires. They hold pressure without leaking so far. I've only used them maybe 10 times but I'll update if they fail prematurely. I typically use them between 10-50psi, so not sure about higher pressure, but I don't imagine they'd have any issues being used within their rated limit.

Seems to be a very good, tight sealing valve on air.
I have this as an isolation valve from my air compressor tank to the regulator output, I close it off and the tank holds air indefinitely... I probably see more PSI change due to temperature variation.

It is getting the job done, though it does seem a little bit on the lightweight side. But maybe that's all to the best.

Nice ball joint
This item came in a plastic bag with protective plastic around the male threads.My local hardware stores, I looked at 4, did not have 1/4" ball joint shut off.

seems very nice
It works well and seems like a quality valve. I'm using it as a overnight/weekend shutoff on my air compressor and it holds 120 psi with no leak down all weekend. ------ This is the one year update and I'm extremely happy with this top quality valve. I've turned it on and off hundreds of times and it's still like new and doesn't leak at all. I'm confident it will outlast my compressor and probably me. Don't listen to the reviewer who complains it's "Horrible quality, soft brass" this valve is great quality and yes it's soft brass as all brass is. He must have overtightened it because he didn't know how to do the job right. If you want it to be air tight use Teflon tape or pipe dope (pipe joint sealant) and only tighten it to about 15lbs it's not a damn lug nut.

Holds pressure when closed.
Has held 120 psi in my air compressor for 2 months in my shed. Does not leak by.
