Downton Abbey-esque Her Ladyship Fine China Mug By Haysom Interiors

This was a gift for someone. It was exactly as it looked, was packaged properly, arrived when it was supposed to and gift-ee was delighted with it. Also ordered the Kurt Adler Downton Abbey Pull Bell ornament which was unique and fun and adored by recipient. Would not hesitate to order from these folks again.

I gifted this to my sister who just loves everything London. She was thrilled.

Nice mug for a short time. Just my luck. It cracked exactly 2 days after return window closed. This mug was a Christmas gift for my wife and she really liked it... for about a month. As she poured her coffee into this cup this morning she heard a "ping" and a hairline crack formed from the rim to the base and all the coffee rushed out. Not good. See picture. We're glad it was on the counter when this happened rather than in her hand or else she would have been burned. I'm hopeful the seller will help us out with a replacement. If not, I cannot recommend the quality of this item.

My wife - aka, Her Ladyship - loves the mug/cup/whatever. It replaced her "Keep Calm: Downton On" one, and that was her absolute favorite. Very good quality on this one. Great purchase. Will buy again.

My husband bought this for my birthday, I loved the mug, my tea tasted even better than usual. However, after less than 2 weeks use, it came out of the dishwasher with an enormous crack and is now unusable. I have other china mugs that go in the dishwasher with no problem. It was never in the microwave. So if you buy this mug be prepared to hand-wash only, despite what it says on the label.

Beautiful mug, just what I was looking for, to go with a Downton Abbey book; it is the perfect gift.

Fine Product

Her Ladyship is sitting here sipping tea while her husband has his head buried in the newspaper. What a wonderful way to feel truly regal. I love this subtle piece of china. I'm thoroughly enjoying playing the part.
