I have used these to both rehab a sore shoulder and a knee injury and both definitely helped. I used this in conjunction with icing and highly recommend it for any soft tissue/muscle problem. Lots cheaper than going to a chiro or doctor depending on the injury.

I really like these replaceable pads and tens unit. I have four torn rotator cuffs on my right shoulder and my left shoulder is starting to hurt and not move when and wear I want. I think I will buy another with the tens unit and do my lower back or knees at the same time. But I will ask my doctor tomorrow I am scheduled for more X-rays!

Got her through the volleyball season. Helps with tight muscles , strained muscles. My daughter loved it! We use it all the time and the packets last longer than they state.

I didn’t know if this would work for my arthritic knees. It sure has helped a lot. I ended up buying two. One for each knee so I only need to take 30 minutes to do both knees at the same time. I highly recommend it!
