Skandika 600 Vibration Plate

Am really pleased with this, though it is too early to make grand claims to what it can do. I didn't appreciate from the description that it is an oscillating vibrating board, but it is well made and technically does what it says it will. I bought it to get my circulation and muscles moving after a lengthy bout of illness and it makes me feel great- very relaxed and my muscles feel energised. It is not as powerful as a gym machine, but ideal for home, given its size. It packs a punch for how neat it is. I look forward to using it, and only do 10 mins max at a time. No good for cardio, but fab for muscles.

Was disappointed that it had a non UK plug..the adapter it arrived with was faulty and blew on first use..a few scratches on machine and straps freyed too amazon discounted £15 for the issues.Good for improvement of muscle strength and toning with lots of exercise. .needs more like 20 mins per day. .plus a healthy lifestyle. .don't expect miracles takes a few months of use before any difference noticed. Not as good as gym products.

just the strap hooks breaking after a few uses, have had to tape on but otherwise enjoy completley

I've got my vibration plate now over a year and have been using it almost every day. Still happy with it.

Just received. No remote in box only the batteries and to top it all off, the plug is a European one, so not able to power up until either an adaptor is purchased or even better, supplied free of charge from the supplier which would be what I'll be expecting and then receiving the missing remote. Very disappointed.
